How do I create shared photo albums through iCloud Photo Library?
To create a new album, go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Photos and turn on the toggle for iCloud Photo Sharing. Once enabled, tap Start Sharing in Photos app's Shared section and add photos or videos. (Page 9)
