To perform a factory reset, press and hold both L and R earbud buttons for approximately 8 seconds. This action resets the earbuds and restores custom settings in the App. Note: To reset pairing mode, place the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and hold the case button for 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes white.
