What is the Pause & Serve feature and how do I use it?

The Pause & Serve feature allows you to pour a cup of coffee even before the brewing cycle is complete. The flow valve at the bottom of the filter basket activates when you remove the carafe, but you must promptly replace it within 30 seconds during brewing to avoid overflow and potential injury.
