What should I do if my Beautiful coffee maker is damaged or malfunctioning?

If the appliance has a damaged cord, plug, or is malfunctioning, contact Consumer Service for assistance immediately. Do not attempt to repair the coffee maker yourself as it could void the warranty. If the Coffee Maker is dropped or submerged in liquid, unplug it right away and do not use it again.
