How should I handle chemicals for my pool?

Do not overuse chemicals since excessive use can discolor the printing on and damage the material of the pool liner. Use chemical liquids in small doses to avoid direct contact with PVC surfaces which may cause harm. Test water chemistry before each use using a test kit supplied separately or from your local retailer’s advice. (Pages 15-16)
