How do I change the oven temperature calibration if my food is browning too light or too dark?

Touch and hold SET CLOCK and TIMER until SELE dEG appears. Press + or - until OFS appears, then press SET CLOCK. For double ovens, press UPPER LOWER to select which oven to adjust. Press + or - to set the number of degrees difference (available range is +/- 35°F). Hold SET CLOCK until the clock appears in the display. Note that any change in calibration affects all cooking modes.
