What temperature should I reduce when using convection bake mode?
Reduce the recipe temperature by 25° F when using convection bake mode. This accounts for the more efficient heating and circulation of the convection fan. Check food for doneness early, approximately 15-30 minutes before the standard recipe time suggests.
