How do I clean the spray arms on the Bosch 800 Dishwasher?

Unscrew the upper spray arm and pull down to remove it, then pull up the lower spray arm to remove it. Check the outlet nozzles for blockages under running water and remove any foreign bodies. Reinstall both spray arms by inserting them back into place.
