Why are my dishes not drying properly?

The most common causes are an empty rinse aid dispenser, improper loading of dishes, or Extra Dry Heat not being activated. Make sure to always use a liquid rinse aid even if your detergent contains a drying additive, and ensure items are not nesting together. Note that plastic and Teflon items typically do not dry as well as other materials. (Page 16 and Page 11)
