How do I properly clean the appliance, and what cleaning products should I avoid?

Clean the inside and outside of the appliance, fittings, accessories, and door seals using a dish cloth, lukewarm water, and a small amount of pH-neutral liquid detergent, then dry thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use steam cleaners, high-pressure cleaners, hard scouring pads, strong or abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning agents with high alcohol content, stainless-steel cleaning agents on the exterior, or the dishwasher for fittings and accessories, as these can cause damage. Before cleaning, switch off and unplug the appliance and remove all food and fittings. (Page 22)
