Why isn't the ice maker producing ice?

Check if ice cube production is switched off and turn it on if needed. Verify that the freezer compartment temperature is not too warm and set it lower if necessary. Ensure the ice cube container is properly inserted fully. If none of these resolve the issue, the ice maker may have no power and you should call customer service.
