Does the freezer compartment need to be manually defrosted?
No, manual defrosting is not required. The fully automatic NoFrost system ensures the freezer compartment remains free of ice at all times. The refrigerator compartment's rear panel also defrosts automatically, with condensation draining into the condensation channel and evaporating. (Pages 10, 15)
