How do I test the oven operation after installing the 5000 Series HBL503?

Turn all control knobs to OFF, then turn on power at the breaker — the oven will beep, the clock will appear, lock icons will blink, and you will hear clicks as the oven performs a system check. Once complete, only the clock time (preset to 12:00 AM) will display. Then turn the cooking mode selector to BAKE and verify that 350°F and COOK appear on the display, the red preheat indicator lights up, and the oven light and fan turn on. (Page 7)
