Who should I contact if the HBL503 installation tests fail?
If any of the installation tests do not produce the expected results, contact Bosch service at 800-944-2904. The manual does not recommend attempting to diagnose or repair the issue yourself. All servicing beyond what is specifically described in the manual should be performed by a qualified technician. (Page 7)
