What is the proper way to remove and reinstall the lower oven door?

To remove the door, flip the latch levers on the hinges all the way down, gently close the door until it stops at about 30° from closed, then carefully lift the door up and out of the hinge slots. To reinstall, hold the door at an angle (approximately 7 inches open), insert the hinges into the slots, then push the latch levers up until they lock flush with the front of the oven body.
