What is the SpeedBoost® function and when can it be used?

The SpeedBoost® function enables you to heat large quantities of water faster than when using the maximum heat setting 9. It can be activated for an element as long as the other element in the same group is not currently in use. To activate, select the element and touch the Speed Boost key; to deactivate, touch the Speed Boost key again and the element will switch back to heat setting 9. (Page 18, 29)
