How do I clean and care for the cooktop on a daily basis?

Apply a small amount of Cooktop Cleaning Creme® before each use using a clean cloth to remove dust or metal marks and provide a protective film. After cooking, wipe off spatters with a clean, damp sponge or paper towel, rinse, and dry, using white vinegar if smudges remain. Always clean the surface when it is completely cool, except for sugar, syrup, tomato products, and milk spills, which must be removed immediately with the razor blade scraper. Buff with Cooktop Cleaning Creme® after cleaning to recondition the surface. (Pages 7–8)
