How do I properly operate the burner control knobs?
To operate a burner, select the appropriate control knob, push down and turn counter-clockwise to the desired flame size. To turn off, turn the control knob clockwise to the OFF position. The standard burner controls have an infinite number of heat settings with no fixed positions. (Page 9)
