What should I do about a yellow flame?
If the burner flame has yellow tips on outer cones, this is normal for LP gas. If the flame is completely or mostly yellow, verify that the regulator is set for the correct fuel type and adjust if necessary. Some yellow streaking is normal during initial start-up.
