How do I restore the cooktop to its factory default settings?

Factory settings can be restored through the Basic Settings menu, specifically function display "™‹". Turn on the cooktop, then within 10 seconds touch the Timer key until you hear a sound signal, navigate to the ™‹ setting, and select option 1 to return to factory settings.
