What does the Å symbol on the display mean, and what should I do?

The Å symbol means excess foam has been detected during the wash cycle. When this occurs, the appliance automatically activates additional rinse cycles to remove the foam, which will extend the program duration. To prevent this from happening again, use less detergent in subsequent wash loads. (Page 25)
