Which laundry items must never be dried in the washer dryer?

Textiles labelled with the 'Do not dry' care symbol (b), delicates such as silk and synthetic curtains, textiles containing foam rubber or similar materials, and textiles treated with flammable liquids such as stain remover, petroleum ether, or thinners must never be dried in the appliance. Textiles that still contain hairspray or similar substances are also prohibited from drying due to the risk of explosion. Always check the care labels before placing items in the dryer. (Page 27)
