What volume level is recommended to protect my hearing?

You should use the earbuds at a comfortable, moderate volume level to avoid hearing damage. Before placing the earbuds in your ears, turn the volume down on your device, then gradually increase it until you reach a comfortable listening level. Do not use them at high volume for any extended period, as noted on page 3.
