How do I replace the StayHear+ tips on my QC20 or 20i headphones?

To change a tip, gently peel it up from the large rounded side near the bottom. Match the replacement tip to the correct side earpiece (marked L and R). Slide the new tip over the nozzle of the headphone and press securely until you feel it latch.
