How do I reset the shot volumes back to factory defaults?
Press and hold the PROGRAM button until the machine beeps three times, then release the button. The machine will return to its original default volume settings and default espresso water temperature. The default 1 CUP shot volume is approximately 1oz/30ml and the 2 CUP shot volume is approximately 2oz/60ml. (Page 15)
