Spread the outside of the bread slices with butter or a suitable spread. Place the bread slices on the bottom plate buttered side down, add your desired fillings with a 2cm gap around the edges for proper sealing, and place the second slice buttered side up. Then close and latch the lid and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes until golden.
