What do the different colors of the Status Monitor icon mean?
A green icon indicates the normal stand-by condition, a yellow icon indicates a warning, and a red icon indicates an error has occurred. A gray icon means the machine is offline. You can access Brother's troubleshooting website by clicking the Troubleshooting button within the Status Monitor. (Page 8)
