What should I do if my upper thread tension is too tight and loops appear on the fabric surface?
Reduce the tension by turning the upper tension control dial to a lower number. Loops appearing on the surface of the fabric indicate the upper tension is too tight. If the problem persists after adjusting the dial, check that the bobbin thread was correctly threaded. (Page 1)
