What should I do if loops appear on the surface of my fabric when sewing?
Loops on the surface of the fabric indicate that the upper tension is too tight. Reduce the tension by turning the upper tension control dial to a lower number. If the problem persists, check that the bobbin thread was threaded correctly by referring to the lower threading instructions and rethreading if necessary.
