How does the Advanced Call Blocking feature work?

The Advanced Call Blocker screens incoming calls by allowing numbers on your contact list to get straight through, rejecting numbers you have blocked, and for all other calls, asking the caller to say their name before asking you whether you want to accept or block the call without speaking to the caller.
