How do I clean the tuning plates and grates?

For tuning plates, remove them, scrape off food debris, apply a mild degreaser, rinse, dry, apply Pam cooking oil, and reinstall them. For grates, scrub with a grill brush, steam clean with a pressure washer, dry thoroughly, and apply a light coat of Pam cooking oil.
