How do I smoke turkey in the Cajun Injector Electric Smoker?

Thaw and prepare your turkey, inject with 1.5 oz of brining solution or marinade per pound of meat, coat liberally with seasoning, place it in smoker at a temperature of 225°F, add wood pellets and apple juice to the drip pan. Smoke for about 35-40 minutes per pound until minimum internal temperature is reached.
