What safety precautions should I follow when charging the PowerShot ZOOM?
Do not charge batteries outside the temperature range of 5–40°C (41–104°F). Charging in low temperatures (5–10°C/41–50°F) takes longer for safety reasons. Charging and powering may stop automatically if the camera becomes hot during use. Do not plug or unplug the camera with wet hands, and periodically remove dust from the power plug using a dry cloth.
