What should I do if the split lines are not visible on the observation monitor?

Several factors could cause this issue: the patient's pupil may not be dilated enough, in which case you should dilate the pupil or use the small pupil photography function; eyebrows or eyelashes may be blocking the pupil, requiring the patient to open their eye wider; the patient's eye may have opacity; or the diopter compensation lens may be inserted. Press the diopter compensation button to remove any compensation and try again.
