How do I turn on the scanner and know when it's properly connected?
Press the power button on the front of the scanner; the power button will light blue when the power turns ON. When the scanner is properly connected to the computer, the CaptureOnTouch icon appears on the taskbar or menu bar. If the icon appears dimmed, the scanner is not properly connected—check the power switch and USB cable. (Page 14)
