What batteries does the Canon EOS Rebel T2 use and how do I install them?

The camera uses two CR2 lithium batteries. Open the battery compartment by sliding the release lever in the direction shown by the arrow, then insert the batteries making sure the contacts (+ and –) are properly oriented. Close the cover by pressing it until it snaps shut. (Page 11)
