What should I do if my device is unresponsive?

Hold the reset button for more than 10 seconds using a pin with a blunt end to force the device to power off. Then switch the mode dial or press the shutter button to restart the device. If you need to reset all parameters to default settings, turn on the device and press the reset button while pressing the shutter button simultaneously.
