For 1-sided printing, the LBP1238 II prints at 38.0 ppm for A4 and 40.0 ppm for LTR paper. For 2-sided printing, the speed is 31.9 ppm (A4) and 33.3 ppm (LTR). Note that print speed may be lower depending on settings such as output resolution, paper type, orientation, and number of sheets. (Page 9)
