How do I adjust the head restraints in the Uplander?

Adjust the head restraint so that the top of the restraint is at the same height as the top of the occupant's head, which reduces the chance of neck injury in a crash. The height of head restraints can be adjusted on the first and second row seats by pulling the restraint up or pushing it down. Note that the head restraints on the third row seat cannot be adjusted.
