How do I secure a child in the built-in child restraint?

Raise and rotate the head restraint to touch the top of the seatback, lower the child restraint cushion, pull the black shoulder harness release strap to add slack, place the child on the cushion, place one harness over the child's shoulder and push the latch plate into the buckle, repeat with the other side, fasten the shoulder harness clip together, and pull the shoulder harness adjustment strap firmly until snug (no more than two fingers between harness and chest).
