What should I do if my Sterilizer won't turn on?
Check that there is power in the electrical outlet and that the ON/OFF switch located on the back of the appliance is in the 'ON' position. If these checks don’t resolve, ensure the cord plug or connector are plugged in correctly and undamaged.
