What do the error codes on my Comfee dishwasher mean?

E1 indicates a water inlet issue such as the faucet not being opened or water pressure being too low. E3 signals a heating element malfunction, E4 indicates overflow has been detected, and Ed means there is a communication failure between the main PCB and TFT PCB.
