How do I safely remove and install the saw blade?

Unplug the saw, raise the lower blade guard, loosen the cover plate screw, and rotate the cover plate to expose the arbor bolt. Use the blade wrench while pressing and holding the arbor lock, turning the wrench clockwise to loosen the bolt, then remove the bolt, outer collar, and blade. When installing, ensure the rotation arrow on the blade matches the clockwise arrow on the upper guard and blade teeth point downward. (Page 13-14)
