How do I turn on the laser guide on my miter saw?

To turn the laser on, turn the laser on/off switch to the 'I' position. To turn it off, turn the switch to the 'O' position. The laser guide uses two AAA 1.5 volt batteries and will enable you to preview the saw blade path on the stock before starting the saw.
