What blade size and type should I use with this miter saw?

Only use a 10-inch diameter blade with a 5/8 in. arbor. Do not use thin kerf blades, as they can deflect and contact the guard, causing possible injury. The use of accessories such as shaper cutters or dado sets, as well as ferrous metal cutting and abrasive wheels, is prohibited. (Page 8)
