How do I properly remove the blade for maintenance?
Disconnect the spark plug wire and turn the mower on its side, ensuring that the air filter is up. Place a wooden block between the blade and mower housing to prevent accidental rotation while removing the blade bolt using a 9/16" box or open-end wrench.
