How do I replace the soldering tip?

Always allow the soldering tip to cool for a minimum of 30 minutes before removing it. Remove the battery pack, loosen the screw on the barrel of the soldering iron pen, and pull the soldering tip out. Insert the new tip and fully seat it in the barrel, then securely tighten the screw. Only use 0.25 inch (6.35 mm) diameter tips.
