What causes poor or uneven cutting with my Craftsman lawn mower?

Poor cutting is typically caused by a worn, bent, or loose blade; uneven wheel heights; or buildup of grass and debris under the mower. To fix this, replace or tighten the blade, set all wheels at the same height, and clean the underside of the mower housing thoroughly.
