How do I connect the battery cables during initial setup?
Always connect the POSITIVE (Red) wire to its terminal first, followed by the NEGATIVE (Black) wire. The positive terminal is marked Pos. (+) and the negative terminal is marked Neg. (–). After connecting, position the red rubber boot over the positive battery terminal to help protect it from corrosion. (Page 10)
