What is the recommended coffee grind size for this machine?

When grinding your own beans, a medium-fine grind is recommended. If the grind is too fine, over-extraction and bitterness will result, and a too fine grind may also clog the filter. If the grind is too coarse, the water will pass through too quickly and maximum flavor will not be extracted.
